CozyGlowRitual™ 1-Year Limited Warranty
What Is Covered
CozyGlowRitual™ warrants that your CozyGlowRitual™ Tulip Auto Curler (purchased directly from CozyGlowRitual™ or an authorized retailer) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial home use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.
This warranty applies to both the Millennial Pink and Lavender Purple models and covers:
- Internal heating element and tourmaline ceramic barrel functionality failure
- Motorized auto-rotation mechanism and directional button malfunction
- Digital LED temperature display and internal heat sensor regulation failure
- Internal wiring, power circuitry, and factory power button defects
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, surface scratches, discoloration, or fading of the pink or purple housing
- Damage resulting from accidents, drops, abuse, misuse, negligence, or physical impact
- Exposure to water, moisture, immersion, or chemical hair treatments beyond standard home styling usage
- Operation with incorrect voltage, unauthorized electrical adapters, or improper power sources
- Modifications, repairs, or disassembly attempted by anyone other than an authorized CozyGlowRitual™ representative
- Commercial, salon, or professional rental use
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers or counterfeit units
Warranty Remedies
If a valid defect arises within the 1-year warranty period, CozyGlowRitual™ will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the curler using new or refurbished parts at no charge to you; OR
- Replace the unit with a brand-new or functionally equivalent CozyGlowRitual™ Tulip Auto Curler in the matching original colorway (subject to inventory availability); OR
- Refund the original purchase price paid for the product (excluding shipping fees) if repair or replacement is not practically feasible.
A replacement product or repaired part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer coverage.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Locate your Order Confirmation Number and valid Proof of Purchase (email receipt or invoice).
- Contact the CozyGlowRitual™ Customer Concierge team via our website support portal or email.
- Provide a brief explanation of the issue alongside a short video or photo illustrating the malfunction.
- Once evaluated and approved, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions for returning the defective unit.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty is your exclusive remedy. CozyGlowRitual™ shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this product, including damages for personal inconvenience or styling downtime. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
During major sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer.
Typical estimated transit times are:
- United States & Canada: approximately 7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: approximately 10 business days
- Europe: approximately 7 business days
- Other destinations: approximately 7–12 business days

Return eligibility depends on the items in your order.
Where returns are accepted, items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging or as otherwise indicated in the return instructions. We may reduce your refund if the item has been used, damaged, or handled more than necessary.
You may request a return within 14 days after your item is delivered.
